Privacy Policy

1. Information you give us

• Contact and free day pass forms: your name, email, phone and message, used to answer you.
• Training package purchases: your name, email, phone, billing postal code and payment, used to process your order, book your sessions and provide receipts. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Memberships, classes and waivers: managed in our member system, Glofox, under its own privacy policy.

2. Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to show our ads to people who have visited it:

• Google Analytics measures visits, pages viewed and how people find us, in aggregate.
• Basis (advertising pixel) records visits to our pages so we can show The Boxer’s Club ads to past visitors on other websites (retargeting), and avoid showing them to clients who already bought a package.
• Cloudflare, our hosting provider, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site securely and block spam (Turnstile).

These tools collect information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. They do not receive your name, email or payment details from us.

3. Your choices

By using the site, you consent to the uses described above. You can opt out at any time:

• Interest-based advertising: YourAdChoices.ca (Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada).
• Google Analytics: Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Cookies in general: block or delete them in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy and security obligations: Stripe (payments), Glofox (memberships and bookings), Cloudflare (hosting, security and email delivery), Google (analytics) and Basis (advertising). Some of these providers may store information outside Canada, where it may be accessed under local law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and as required for tax and accounting records.

6. Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent, subject to legal and contractual limits. Contact us at the address below and we will reply within 30 days.
